Scheduling

We, at WOMEN Obstetrics & Gynecology, want to insure that your visit with us always exceeds your expectations. As such, we will work with you to make sure that you are seen in the most timely manner possible. We look forward to working with you to make you an appointment that is as convenient as possible.  We are excited that the annual well woman exam is often covered by insurance at 100% under the Affordable Care Act.

For many women, choosing a Women’s Health provider can be a difficult decision. We suggest that you ask your trusted friends, family, coworkers for recommendations. You should also visit the website for any physician you are considering to learn more about that provider.

While we strive to provide our patients with as much choice and autonomy as we can, once you establish care with a physician in our practice, we do not offer the choice to see another physician. We work hard to establish a strong relationship with each of our patients. However, we can’t always meet the expectations of all patients. Through the thirty plus years our practice has existed, we have previously tried switching providers. While it seems a simple thing to do, it becomes complicated quickly with decreased satisfaction for both the patients and providers. Therefore, we often find that the best decision is for the patient to seek out a new practice for their Women’s Health needs. We do our best to assist with that transition with a prompt transfer of medical records when requested.

Late Appointments

Please make every effort to be on time for your appointment. We respect that you are taking time out of your busy schedule to spend with us and our providers strive to stay on schedule so that you don’t have to wait long.  If you are going to be late for your appointment, please call and let us know so that we may minimize your wait and inconvenience. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. However, you may be asked to wait or, on occasion, be asked to reschedule your appointment.
